Q: Are you manufacturer ?
A: Yes, we are factory specializing in hotel locks with more than 10 years.
Q: Can you supply the whole/complete RF door lock system?
A: Yes, complete demo/sample kit for testing or debugging is welcomed.
Q: What’s installation requirement for the door?
A: Available for wooden door and metal door, door thickness should >=33mm. Other doors, please feel free to contact us.
Q: What if there is no power?
A: Normally, while the battery voltage lower 4.8v (can open lock more than 150 times), the lock will alarm for battery replacement.
Q: How to replace my previous and broken locks without change doors?
A: If locks from us, there is no need to change the door, very simple.
If locks from other suppliers, we can also manage this, please feel free to contact us for details.
Q. What's type of card can be used to your locks?
A. T5557 (by default), M1, ID4100
Q. Can the same encoder program T5557 and M1 card at the same time?
A. No, it can't program both T5557 and M1 card at the same time
T5557 and M1 encoder have the same appearance, but the chip inside is different.
NOTE: Encoder for M1 need addtitonal $39
Q. Can i use two computers to program guest cards for same lock?
A. No, because there is no communication between two computers, it will be of trouble if two guests have guest card for same room.
