Throughout my 20 years of experience in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston and now in Costa Rica I have gained important knowledge that have led me to develop construction documents for large projects, from hotels, hospitals, apartment buildings, luxury homes, spas, multi-family, mixed use and retail projects.

Based on my experience I am confident that I have those specific qualities that you are looking for in a candidate.
Over the years I have learned to communicate with all kinds of consultants to establish the proper development of the projects. Communication with clients, developers, suppliers and colleagues has been fundamental to my growth as an architect.

The Coordination of architectural plans with the structural engineer, with MEP engineers, with the landscaper, the civil engineer, with the renders person is something I do every day in my position. Communication is basic to the construction is carried out to perfection.

Leadership within the firm is important. During my years at MSA had to charge up to 5 drafters, all of them working on the same project. I had to learn how to manage large projects. My skills in team leadership are important and thanks to it we could finish them well.

I know many constructive systems, either in feet and inches or meters. Block walls, 3d panel walls, dens glass walls, gypsum board walls, durock walls, etc etc.
