2. Chief Architect and designer for all inhouse and outsourced projects: eg-restaurant/cafe/public spaces etc. Conceptualization of any project based on extensive research, 3d design, detail drawings for construction and preparation of estimation and specification based on prepared design.
3. Market survey/research/recording and listing of all shops and materials, creation of vendor profile, preparation of budgeting and costing/ BOQ, purchase orders, receiving delivery of materials, supervision of fabrication and finishing of each product/task/ event, Storage of all items and inventory preparation.
4. Recording and Documentation and Reporting of all tasks, activities, manpower, schedules, work processes, team management, allocation and scheduling of task to all members below in relevant department, training and skill building of relevant team member suitable for certain task.
