The Ground Floor Plan The site was quite small, and with the building regulations, after taking out the setback and planning, we managed to fit the ground floor plan baes on the client needs. This year the client wants to add a first floor. Since the site was located near the International airport, clearance for construction was needed from the local aviation department and special drawings in respect to the runways had to be made.
