Project Background
Modern style residential apartments in Sentul Malaysia. The Ground floor would consist of shops, gym and kindergarten for residents with a park at the rear. Bringing greenery into the daily lives of the residents by having planters on their terrace would allow for a healthier living lifestyle in the city. Also green pockets in the building would allow residents to connect. Sadly the construction of the project has been put on hold due to clients financial issues after the pandemic.

The project required adequate car park for guests, residents and the amenities users such as the gym and restaurant. Hence a basement parking was necessary to avoid parking outdoors. The lift lobby to the residential units are only accessible to residents and is monitored by security 24/7

East Elevation Greenery on the facade allows for shading and cooler environments
West Elevation Brise soleil are carefully placed on the east and west facade to block the harsh sun
South Elevation The gaps in between that serve as circulation also allows for ventilation
North Elevation The greenery on the roof also serve as insulation from heat, and all the greenery helps keep the building cool and also purifies the air around
Section Plan
Section A-A The section shows the connection of the green spaces to the residential units
Section B-B The planters on the terrace encourages the residents to indulge in planting either decorative or edibles to consume
