Project Background
This is a Villa residential building coming from one of my clients, and the the project is constructed in Tanzania, region Dar es salaam at Mabwepande,this project has three bedrooms,public toilet and dinning,sitting room and Open kitchen.Masterrrom as well. The project is under construction right know and we ENGG did the whole work from the idea generation and drawings up to 3D .
Exterior Renderings
From an angle from the front of the house you will be able to view this kind of looking
This is the opposite angle when viewing the house and you will be able to see this view
this the front view, the view as you can see it, standing at certain angle you will be able to view the house in this view
a clear view of the house when you just park your car, this is the same side of the public toilet, but here we observe a parking space, and a car has been parked
from this side your able to see the side where the public toilet is located, this is the side, and the small window you see is the one for public toilet as shown on the plan
this is side whereby you have the open kitchen, the window you see is on left hand side when you're at the kitchen, and the first window is the sitting room window
at the back there is Valandra as you see from the plan, at this you will as that view
Floor Plan
this is the floor plan of our Villa, you can observe number of bedrooms, and there arrangement as well, the dining area with an open kitchen, the design is very simple and classic, not only classic but unique
Elevation Plan
This is the front elevation of the building,as you can see the work is very clear and i made the 3D
HOUSE different view from different sides,and this is Rear elevation of the house
from the right side when you view the house you will see the view of the house in this view, this is the view from the right hand side ,
from the left hand side you will be able to see this kind of view
Section Plan
this section will give you clear picture of the hight of the building as well as you will see the truss angle as well as material for roofing
This is the longitudal section a-b,at this section plan you will able to see the septic Tank layout
