Project Background
It is designed very simple with less expensive materials making it very easy to build and affordable. The use of Parapet roof makes it easier to build and it also costs less on construction.
The facade projects large glass doors and windows, straight lines, and rectangular small glass windows close to the roof. The small balcony has stainless steel and glass blaustrade.
The big glass doors and windows that look like walls give a natural access to the outdoors. They clear glass transmits natural light to the interior making it bright and ventilated. If the interior is bright, the use of electricity to light up the rooms is no longer needed and therefore you can save energy and expense
This is an affordable house design because you can build it with less expensive materials. It has two bedrooms perfect for a single occupant or for newly wed couples. It has a living room, dining room with a kitchen, and toilets and baths.
Exterior Renderings
This is a modern floor plan layot of a residential structure. Its total floor area is 138sqm. It contains 1 masterbedroom which is 13.5sqm and 2 normal bedroom of 13 sqm. This layout is design with a modern day open kitchen layout with large dinning hall. it also has a large family room and 1 common toilet and bathroom. it has a seperate laundry so that it is easily access to outside entrance.
The parapet elevation design of this structure gives it a modern torch. The large windows of the frontage and the bedroom can give a better view of outside and helps with a proper ventilation.
