Ample open spaces accomodate both social and private functions, which through the use of mimetizing elements allows for a merger of both exterior and open spaces
The livingroom reaches out for an integration of both the backgarden and kitchen spaces, which in turn create a hybrid space, which can host the socially active style of the users.
The kitchen was designed with ergonomity, practicallity and aesthetics in mind, allowing for a seamless parallel workspace, and aboundant storage space
Semi-Private spaces allow for family integration, allowing for the merging of both modern home office and entretainment necesities of the users.
The Townhouse boosts a ground floor master suite optimized for privacy, with its own private garden which in turn allows for increased sunlight input.
