Project Background
The building design requires me to to bring a flat face design as per community rules. Designing it without adding canopy and any other extensions to the front. Bringing a multi purpose complex building to its perfect function. A sturdy looking design with a complexity to provide necessary means to its purpose.
Exterior Renderings
Modern concept of a sports building with a commercial and office area. This project have a total floor area of 1,106 square meter.
This scene is one of my favorite, It shows the simplicity and the minimalistic design without bringing the cost afloat.
The color requirements here is to keep the gray, dark gray, black and orange as it's theme palette.
The wall texture pattern brought another detail in the facade, showing its strength and durability to any kind of season.
Yes, this building is a sports center. I focus of simple white color and bringing the details of roof framing as its design highlights.
Adding wall foam panels to secure safety at all times.
The main lobby. I love how the color blends with its contrast details such as colorful frames and furnitures.
I also add printed wall vinyls to bring the mood on the lobby as you relax on waiting area.
It also have a commercial office space and enough parking area that brings more people around the vicinity.
With a spacious dry parking area, this complex building will shows it potential to more people.
Comfort room with a minimalist design is one of my favorite.
Locker area, You may be wondering of the glass in it, but with a reflective glass you can enjoy your relaxing time as you view at vicinity area
