a residential building project in Mohakhali DOHS. Every floor has two apartment areas with different sft. This project's aim was to provide proper cross ventilation and suffucient lighting with proper functional requirements. This is a column-beam structure. The front side has a 20-foot-wide road and a large recreational balcony on every floor and a large recreational balcony on every floor. This is a simple modern design idea. A very simple faade decoration is established this is west site of the building.
