Project Background
The project was designed to key details based on the idea of the client. Where necessary, his idea was improved by the architect. The rooms are spacious with good organization and flow for maximum comfort. All the facilities that the client wanted were well designed and included.
Exterior Renderings
The roof design is heaped. Roof material to be provided should be able to collect water to be used in the homestead. The roof to attain the maximum aesthetic value.
The design has a modern architectural style. The masonry walls are plastered and painted to architects approval. All rooms/spaces provided were to clients satisfaction.
The design has sliding burglar proofed windows to enhance security and big enough for natural lighting during the day. The main doors are steel made and interior door are mahogany timber made. Exactly as the client wanted.
The headroom is of good height because of gypsum finish. Good air circulation inside is well catered. the roof pitch was to clients satisfaction.
