As the junior technician responsible for the project my tasks were to do the site visit and come up with a proposal with the help of my collegues that suites the organisations needs “To create a modern building that can serve as the regional offices for NAC and at the same time generate revenue for the organisation through lettable spaces on the ground floor ” Many considerations were put into place e.g provision for the disabled, solar energy use,reduction of parking spaces on the road
