Project Background
This is a small tropical villa, it was designed for the dean. It is designed on a 20x30 plot in Kigali, Rwanda.

Floor Plan
The idea was to make the ground floor a public space/ day spaces.
The first floor is a private space/ night space.
Elevation Plan
Plants are not only used for aesthetics, but also to shade the openings on the facades.
Overhangs are used to shade the interior spaces from the afternoon harsh sun.
Section Plan
The image show the details, as well as the relationship between spaces from public to private/ night to day spaces.
