Project Background
Villa design located in Damavand city. First, the design was based on a rectangular plan. Then, at the request of the client, the design was changed to an "L" shaped plan.
Exterior Renderings
The villa is designed in two floors, the ground floor includes the living room, kitchen and bar, and the upper floor has a private space and bedrooms.
The villa has a swimming pool and a large yard, where the previous green space was tried to remain inside the villa and trees and vegetation were not removed.
