The client actually wanted to pitch for funding. Our job was to present the idea of Beach resort with different type of units in terms of occupancy and style. the client requested that each unit should have its own Mooring , swimming pool and sunbath area. back side of this living was proposed a small market for tourist called "Souk" in Arabic which is also designed beautifully with greenery.
