My client on this project is Monebi Adewole Emmanuel, a dedicated civil servant residing in Kwara, Nigeria, who is a discerning client with a keen eye for quality. With a strong desire for the best in design and construction, Monebi seeks a residential project that reflects his commitment to excellence and delivers an exceptional living experience.
Introducing the Monebi Villa, a charming one-story residential block comprising six flats. Offering a mix of four 2-bedroom flats and two 3-bedroom flats, the Monebi Villa provides a versatile and modern living solution. Nestled in a tranquil location, the Monebi Villa combines elegant design with functional layouts, creating a stylish and comfortable living space ideal for families or individuals seeking a contemporary urban lifestyle.

Additionally, two water tanks were discreetly installed on the roof above the stairwell area, ensuring a sustainable water supply while maintaining the overall aesthetic integrity of the villa. The thoughtful incorporation of these water tanks reflects the commitment to environmental consciousness and practicality in the design of the Monebi Villa.
The Monebi Villa features a flat roof design with wide eaves, creating a distinctive architectural element that not only provides a sleek and modern aesthetic but also serves a practical purpose by offering additional shade and protection from the elements, enhancing the energy efficiency of the building, and allowing for the incorporation of rooftop amenities or green spaces to further maximize the use and enjoyment of the outdoor areas.
