Project Background
“Rusticity Negombo” city hotel is a four storied building which was designed in a 30 perches land to cater the prevailing tourist demand in the city of Negombo. There are 10 numbers of luxurious standard rooms and couple of luxurious suite rooms. The ground floor dedicated for the parking, reception, kitchen & other services while first floor dedicated for restaurant and bar. Bedrooms were designed in most upper floors which are second & third Floors.

Design language was to use rustic finishes such as fair face concrete, rustic woods etc. An interesting faade was designed along the by road where people have the best view of the hotel.
