This projet is located on a site in Conakry and it's a villa of two floors with a big terrace on top.
Exterior Renderings
The client want a modern house with modern architecture so I proposed this style and he liked it much.

Floor Plan
The ground floor is composed of the main building, an annex with two bedrooms, and an outdoor kitchen on a site of 600M2
The first floor is where the familly will live. It's composed the master's room and two children rooms, each room has it's bairth room and balcony.
The second floor is composed of two others bedrooms for teens and a very big terrace up where the master can recieved his friends sometimes during events to share great time together
