Project located in Algeria in the city of Tiaret, composed of 28 high-standard promotional housing units with shops on the ground floor and administration on the second floor, designed for sale.

The facade of this building is a harmonious blend of functionality, modern architectural style, and elegance. It is designed to reflect the mixed-use of the building, with a combination of commercial areas, offices, and residential units.

The site plan of a 9-story building with a basement includes a ramp for basement access for parking. The ground floor is dedicated to commercial spaces, the intermediate floors to offices, and the upper levels to residential units. Outside, there are green spaces and a rainwater collection system.
Floor Plan
Each floor is designed to accommodate four high-end apartments. These F4 type apartments offer surfaces ranging from 110 m² to 140 m². The landings are independently designed from the apartment entrances, with a dedicated 20 m² space for each pair of apartments. The interior spaces are very spacious, including living rooms of about 40 m², kitchens of about 12 m², bedrooms of 12/13 m², and a generous master bedroom reaching an area of 22 m²
Elevation Plan
The building's facade features a modern architectural style with large glass windows on the ground floor, a double-height gallery supported by regularly spaced pillars framing the facade, good symmetry, a well-defined staircase core with Nevada brickwork extending the full height of the building, decorative elements on the top floor, and a well-distributed arrangement of balconies, windows, French doors, and terraces.
