Project Background
A highly modern showroom with over 2200 m² of exhibition space spread across 2 levels (Ground floor + First floor), in addition to an administrative area of 850 m² distributed over 2 levels (Second floor - Third floor), all on a 7500 m² plot of land. The project includes a reception area, a large exhibition space open to the outside, and a 260-seat amphitheater on the ground floor.
Exterior Renderings
The exterior of the building, a showroom spanning four floors, stands out with its modern and elegant design. Architectural forms are carefully considered, with inclined surfaces clad in alucobond for the first two floors dedicated to exhibitions, featuring imposing glass facades. The subsequent two floors, designated for administration, boast a distinctive circular configuration.
This side view of the project provides a detailed glimpse of the intricate shapes of the structure. The carefully incorporated inclined planes on the sides of the building create a dynamic and modern aesthetic. Strikingly, the central block of the building stands out with a circular form, adding an artistic and contemporary dimension to the overall architectural design.
The facade of the exhibition hall is characterized by distinctive elements. This view showcases the inclined sides of the exhibition spaces, creating a captivating play of shadows on the facade. Moreover, the rounded shape on two levels in the central part of the exhibition hall adds another layer of uniqueness to the project.
Floor Plan
The ground floor of the project offers a generous exhibition space of 1350 m², characterized by an automatic entrance door and an impressive circular staircase with an elevator, thus adding a distinctive touch to the environment. Additionally, it houses a 260-seat amphitheater, along with two spacious rooms—one dedicated to dining and cafeteria, and the other designed as an open space to welcome clients. This contributes to creating a welcoming and functional atmosphere.
