Master Plan
The site plan features a 'U'-shaped design and includes 8 'R+03' buildings. Each of them has a ground floor dedicated to commercial use with access to the upper floors, while the two upper levels are arranged as duplexes. The commercial spaces are equipped with large windows facing outward, providing a visual connection to the exterior. Access to the duplex units is through the project's inner courtyard, with a small courtyard adjacent to each residence.
