When the client approached me to design their reception area, they envisioned a space that was both modern and inviting, with a touch of natural elegance.
Floor Plan
This office layout is designed for optimal functionality and a blend of aesthetics, catering to both collaborative and private work needs. At the entrance, the reception area serves as a welcoming focal point, featuring a reception desk complemented by a green wall and wood paneling for an organic and professional feel. The layout includes a spacious boardroom equipped with a projector screen and offices that are divided into private rooms and shared workspaces.

This CEO's office exudes elegance and professionalism, combining modern elements with a refined aesthetic. The space features a sleek executive desk paired with a leather office chair, providing a comfortable and commanding workspace. Behind the desk, abstract artwork in neutral tones adorns a textured wall, adding sophistication and artistic flair.
A seating area with plush armchairs offers a cozy spot for informal discussions, while the polished meeting table and ergonomic chairs cater to collaborative sessions. The inclusion of greenery in a marble planter and subtle decorative accents enhances the ambiance, creating a balanced environment that is both inviting and authoritative.
Office Area - Conference Room
This formal boardroom is a sophisticated space designed for professionalism and functionality. A large, conference table takes center stage, surrounded by high-back executive chairs upholstered in leather or sleek fabric.
Office Building - Entrance and Drop-off Area
This reception area is a sophisticated blend of modern design and natural elements. The focal point is a sleek, curved reception desk finished in a deep navy-blue tone with subtle orange accents at the base. The desk's clean lines and marble countertop exude luxury, while the word "RECEPTION" in bold blue lettering ensures clarity for visitors.
