Branding: -The brand supports a relatively strong image that is synonymous with quality, style and elegance. Beautiful craftsmanship is contrasted with form and function. -It exudes sophistication and elegance, and at the same time, maintains modern edginess and British sensibility. However, it is also associated with being old and boring among the y0unger target market.
Project Concept
Cherry blossoms symbolize traditions and springtime, echoing Burberry's 2018 shift to a minimalist approach in logos and stores. Inspired by Japan's Hanami tradition, I've integrated Burberry's iconic check colors into the design. The store will feature traditional materials like metals and wood alongside modern elements such as LED lights and resin objects, appealing to younger shoppers while honoring Burberry's heritage.
