Project Background
This project is our undergraduate thesis. This type of design focus on how to showcases the beauty of the locality and to be able to translate it to the design. The design evolves mostly of how traditional Filipino adapt to modernism without forgetting the heritage of the past.
Project Concept
The design concept was inspired by the traditional ancestral houses of the Filipino called "Toroggan". It is a historical building and was a symbol of a high social status in the Philippines.

The plan showcases the spatial components of the Torogan House.
