Project Background
This project is developed for as a corporate office of MAS Sumantra Development center which is basically for international Buyers for the company. Bangladesh is a hub of garments sector and we focused to create a vibrant , soothing space for their corporate office environment and Suitable for International business development center. Program given by the client and we have developed the layout based on efficiency. Color use was one of the characteristics of the project.
Workstation area designed to make a vibrant work environment by using colorful graphics and playful light installation.
Art work which can define fashion world as the company is worldwide renowned for fashion industry.
Logo wall is the first appearance for a office environment, we kept it simple, bold and readable . Touch of green was included to the space with customised planter box with indoor plants. Light greyish color for the logo background wall in taken from the company brand.
Entrance / lobby of the office. A contrast is made here , one side is followed by the logo and company brand color scheme, and other side is applied a welcoming vibrant color.
Workstation area , two sides are designed with two different concept. One side is functional for the regular work and other side is chillout space for the employees who can take a break and work .
This space is for buyers who represent world famous brands and they will meet here for business development purpose. Comfort was a main feature with use of eye soothing color combination. Red is a brand color of MAS Intimates, so here splash of red was used.
A wall of pure geometrical shape and Primary color for the waiting zone.
Meeting room for team members. Functionality and uses of geometrical groove line was used to create a proper space for team meeting.

Layout plan according to client's spatial requirements. Functionality was vital feature for developing the layout.

Interior Renderings
Entrance / lobby of the office. A contrast is made here , one side is followed by the logo and company brand color scheme, and other side is applied a welcoming vibrant color.
Program given by the client and we have developed the layout based on efficiency. Color use was one of the characteristics of the project.
Conference room with Clients or between team members. Basically focused to create a functional space with required number of sitting capacity. A texture wall was used to focus one wall, other side is blended with glass wall with required file cabinet. An customised installation of lights were designed.
Chamber for high officials. Required furniture, low height cabinet, sofa for visitors and eye soothing wall painting with a nice lighting was proposed.
Chamber for the CEO of the company which is focused to achieve a necessary level of comfort and at the same time lucrative.
