Project Background
After receiving the commission from the owner, we went to measure the actual size of the house. Through conversation with the owner, we learned that the interior style tends towards Italian light luxury.
Floor Plan
The design of Baixian Mansion's private residence is primarily focused on Italian light luxury, complemented by various pieces of furniture that the owner prefers.
Interior Renderings
The entrance hallway uses the effect of glass mirror surfaces, which functionally mitigates the deficiency of a small space, visually enriches the details of the overall space, making the space dynamic and full of changes. The use of riding pattern mirror surfaces in the contrast of sparse and dense rhythms is coordinated with the surrounding atmosphere.
The living room furniture features a leather sofa that the owner prefers.
Based on the original floor height with defects, we used high reflective materials that echo the TV background with the ceiling as a contrast, making the visual floor height of the space meet the needs of daily use.
The riding pattern mirror on the left side of the dining area forms a symmetrical layout with the open-style washstand screen on the right side, which downplays the presence of the kitchen and emphasizes the spatial atmosphere of the dining area.
In the stair area leading to the second floor, one side of the staircase is composed of bookshelves, and on the other side, a stair handrail is added based on the existing load-bearing wall.
The open-style washstand is located at the center of the spatial traffic area, using a consistent design language with the entrance hallway.
