Overall size for design is intended for 470sqft that include the living room, dining room and kitchen area. Since the owner prefers something simple and functional, the design is focused on certain parts to bring up the warmth of the space. The aesthetic is done in a way that reflects the character of the house owner.
Living room with an area of 300sqft as requested by the client to have a little bit of concrete touch and timber pattern for the cabinets. Minimal touch as the client stated in the budget in the early agreement. The loose items chosen for the space also exude comfort as that is what the client prefers for her house.
The kitchen requested by the client has a little bit of neutral and dark colors for the cabinets. Minimal touch as the client stated in the budget in the early agreement. The island chosen is Peninsular style as the space is quite tight. And the wine rack is designed to face the entrance of the apartment.
