Project Background

The choice was therefore to propose a building that fits both morphologically and functionally.
The strong presence of vegetation provides the building and the site with a real green lung that improves air quality.
The design also favors density and social mix, which is reflected in the number of floors and the diversity of apartment types.
A building that lives to the rhythm of time, At night it lights up through its facades, and during the day the layout of the openings facilitates the complete ventilation of the spaces.
The development of a park around the building allows to offer play and relaxation spaces to the users.
