Entrance After the size of the entrance is enlarged, the double-sided high cabinet increases the space for storage, thereby enhancing the aesthetic feeling. The screen partition adopts the form of a semi-transparent cabinet, which is more practical and also functions as a display cabinet.

living room After the layout of the guest dining room is changed, the living room is more square, with better lighting and landscape. With a straight-shaped sofa, the floating platform is placed on top and collapsed to form an enclosed leisure reception area. The original floating platform area has also been fully utilized, and it is not a problem to have three or five friends chatting and having a party in free time.

Dining room The Chinese and Western kitchens are separated, and the restaurant retains the western kitchen area and the island, which improves the convenience of meeting customers and daily baking on weekdays.

kitchen Black, white and gray tones and L-shaped cabinet settings maximize the practical use of space.

bathroom When communicating the design, the owner has always liked the matte texture of cement ash. When designing, we will use matte, textured materials as a whole, so that the overall tone and texture are unified, and the space is more advanced.

master bedroom The master bedroom does not have too many complicated shapes and decorations, but returns to simplicity. The orientation of the bedside is changed according to the outdoor landscape and privacy.

parents room The parents' room is still simple, and the side is designed with a single-sided wall panel to hide the lighting, and the simplest lighting design is used to enhance the atmosphere of the overall space.

main guard The main guard is the easter egg in the whole design, which is completely different from the overall tone. The eye-catching Forbidden City red escapes the calmness of black, white and gray in the whole space, and is more like the lively and enthusiastic character of the female owner. We were all worried during the design process, but the presentation of the effect made us all very amazed. Sigh this choice is really very correct.

balcony The balcony is also one of the most comfortable spaces in the whole design. The combination of rattan furniture and gray anti-corrosion wood does not feel inconsistent. The addition of green plants and the embellishment of lunar eclipse wall lamps make the entire balcony present the most beautiful appearance whether it is day or night. Comfortable, this is probably what my ideal balcony looks like.

Project Background

The original unit type is a 165㎡ three-bedroom suite, which gets rid of the limitation of the original layout and makes a change in space planning, transforming the space of the guest and dining room, increasing the privacy of the space and making more rational use of the space. It is not about adding many complex shapes and filling the space to be a good design, but while satisfying the functionality of the space, making the overall flow of activities smoother is the core purpose of the design.
