Project Background
The project is located in Yuhong District, Shenyang City. It is a set of traditional small residences. The biggest advantage of the whole space is the excellent lighting. The floor-to-ceiling Windows in the living room overlook the whole panorama of Dingxiang Lake; Owners engaged in the Internet industry have strong executive power. They want to maximize the space vision as far as possible under the premise of keeping three rooms, and have always had a "island dream".
Interior Renderings
After the outdoor balcony opens up, the living room has excellent lighting, with vertical louver curtains to form a change of light and shadow. It is simple and cost saving to replace traditional vertical air conditioning with air duct machine. The wall is mainly white, more clean and tidy. The use of dark grey on the ground and sofa background allows the space to have a certain proportion of heavy color.
The caramel-colored sofa counterbalances the chill of the gray walls, and the long sconce lights above the sofa add to the atmosphere.
The concrete cabinet contains the gas main pipe and the gas meter, which looks like a bare weighing column. The kitchen did not use the traditional customized manufacturer's supporting foot, but built an 80mm cement floor with brick, side brick and seam with the floor tile, so that it is waterproof and insect-proof, easy to clean, but also can prevent the foot from falling off several years later.
Combined with the dining table, the island is both a complement to the kitchen and a continuation of the dining room. The square cabinet under the island can not only supplement the kitchen storage, place the microwave oven, but also supplement the side cabinet.
Dry and wet separation of the toilet, the washing area is not plastered with bricks, using the way of returning stone. The mirror cabinet is used to supplement storage, and the door of the mirror cabinet is divided by size to prevent the visual experience from being poor due to the centralization. Mirror cabinet and locker with door thickness of 120mm, this thickness can hold most toiletries and cosmetics.
To the right of the door is a wall of clothing cabinet, can meet the hostess storage needs. The coat cabinet, bedside table and the back board of the head of the bed are integrated and customized to avoid the conflict between the closet door and the bedside table, and set the ambient light of the head of the bed.
The study area is small, but fully functional. The left side of the door is the work area, with a customized 1.5m workbench and a drawer storage cabinet.
