The design project was developed for succeed young couple, live at their own pace. They appreciate everything contemporary and natural, have European set of mind and demand high comfort from the interior.

The main task we set to ourselves was to think through the interior in such way that it will satisfy the client at a maximum. This apartment design is about comfort and coziness, and it was important to emphasise this with the help of robust quality materials.

One more important challenge is to be within budget. Our task was to think through the finishing works in such way, that the final price of the repair won’t be beyond the clouds.

For adding space to the flat across all rooms we used the same finishing materials – colouring, wood, wide parquet board. All wooden elements in the flat are of the same colour.

We used natural materials in trying to imitate wooden tone of the oak, which creates warmth. Here mainly we used white finishing with calm decor elements, precisely by this soft tone natural atmosphere is created.

In master bedroom, we used neutral grey tones in furniture and walls painting. Here it is same nature atmosphere; also there is accent in the form of up bed lighting, and other non-accent colours are used in small textile items, pillows and other elements.

General apartment lighting is displayed by built-in spot lights and turning recessed lighting fittings in the living room. Functional lightening, for special activities, is represented by floor-lamps, lighting over the workspace and hanging lamps in the master bedroom.

Decorative bedroom lighting is represented by lighting above and below the gypsum panels what emphasises their relief and makes them more interesting.

We had a task to create light neutral interior without colour accents, mainly from natural materials. Also, clients like plants, so they asked to add them to interior. The overall apartment gamma is bright with wood and greenery in the interior.

Project Background

Bright and at the same time minimalism interior is designed in monochrome colours, restraint and graphicness of which is diluted with original decor and unusual details that emphasise the individuality of apartment owners. Thanks to the competent redevelopment, the apartment, in spite of its compactness, turned out to be spacious and comfortable for life. A minimalism interior and restrained colour scheme only enhances this impression.
