In the master's room, I made all the zones for a comfortable sleep and wakefulness.

The son's room was received with a bang. Son is 14 years old. He loves football,

he has a collection of sports shoes. He also collects numbers of old cars.

On the sofa area there is a spare bed on the lower pull-out part of the sofa. With this project, I participated in the competition room for a teenager, where I reached the final.

Room for my 3 year old daughter. I bought a room in 3 colors, in the end the girl liked the pale lilac one.

The wallpaper in the room is environmentally friendly. They are made of paper.

Project Background

Apartment 100m2, business class, Moscow. For a young family with 2 children, a boy and a girl. The clients were ready to look at the design from a professional point of view and it was very easy to work with them.

Floor Plan

The apartment is very bright and spacious, there are no constructive unsolvable problems. As always, I offered 3 options for planning with the arrangement of furniture and plumbing. The electrical circuit with references to the switches agreed with the Khozchevs. They liked my decision to work on every square meter in the logic of convenience and beauty.

The layout of the sockets is also very clear and convenient. Decisions such as sockets on the window opening were news to them, but they accepted them with joy.

I always give a plumbing scheme with my heights and coordinates. Hygienic shower in the bathroom as always.

We always do a wall sweep scheme. They also count on the number of materials, such as wall paint, wallpaper, tiles, etc. I make practical drawings and do not litter them with pictures and inscriptions. This annoys the workers. After all, drawings are primarily for them. They should be easy to read and do.
