Project Background
The project is located by the Qionghai Lake in Xichang City, Sichuan Province, with beautiful scenery and elegant environment. The owner hopes to build a villa here that has a modern appearance, practical interior, and can be planted with flowers and plants. The area is approximately 600 square meters.
Project Concept
The exterior of the villa is mainly in a modern style, taking into account both indoor and outdoor functions, and allowing sunlight to enter the interior through the glass as much as possible. So the building is treated with textured coatings and glass materials, and outdoor areas are designed for planting floral arrangements and plants. The entire building is divided into 2 floors, and through the staggered form, the architectural style is more rhythmic.
Floor Plan
The first floor of the building is the common area of the villa, including the living room, dining room, reception area, kitchen, and other spaces
The second floor of the building is a relatively private space, mainly consisting of living bedrooms. Try to ensure that every room has a balcony function.
Interior Renderings
The living room floor is treated with gray cement texture material, and the TV wall is decorated with a local sandstone. The contrast between rough and delicate, black and white, and the furniture in the living room are decorated with bright colors, making the entire space more rich.
