Project Background
I designed this project for landlords who wish to optimize the space of studios for rent, in order to increase their number on their land. But also for students and single workers who are looking for a small, friendly, aesthetic and functional space. This 17 m2 studio (H = 3.50; L = 5.40 m; W = 4.30 m) includes an open kitchen, a dining area, a small living room, an office area, a bed area, hanging cupboards and a bathroom.
Floor Plan
This 17 m2 studio (H = 3.50; L = 5.40 m; L = 4.30 m) includes: - A 14 m2 living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, a small living room, an office area, a sleeping area, hanging cupboards and storage on the stairs; - A bathroom of 3 m2 with a shower area, a toilet, a Trash, a sink with storage and mirror.
Interior Renderings
On this rendering, we observe the different areas of the living room: an open kitchen, a dining area, a small living room, an office area, a bed area, hanging cupboards and the location of the lights. The floor is made with imitation parquet tiling.
In this image we can fully see: - The convivial lounge areas with a 2-seater sofa, a model of two-piece coffee tables, two poufs with an African wax design, vegetable wallpaper and the location of LED lighting; -The office area with storage spaces, a computer and a chair; - The linear kitchen with cooking, storage and washing areas, and LEDs to illuminate the worktop.
In this image, we observe the bed space above the living room area. It can be accessed by stairs that incorporate additional storage space. In the living room, the inhabitant can properly receive his guests. The two poufs in the living room are made from recycled tires. We also have a dining area against the window.
Here we observe the functional and aesthetic bathroom, with light colors to visually enlarge the room. It integrates: - Non-slip tiles; - A shower area; - A toilet; - Trash; - A sink with storage and mirror; We also observe the location of the lights on the ceiling and above the mirror.
