Project Background
I designed this project for people who want to build a large, spacious, chic and comfortable family home. The design is aesthetic and functional.
Floor Plan
This floor plan features: - The living room of 28 m2 with a living room, a dining room and a green space; - An open kitchen of 14 m2 with cooking, washing and storage areas; - A master bedroom of 16 m2 with a bed area, a dressing room and a TV; - A teenager's bedroom of 6 m2 and a children's bedroom of 12 m2 with a bed area, storage and a desk area; - Two bathrooms of 3 m2 with a shower area, WC and washbasin. The rooms are connected by a small hallway.
Interior Renderings
View of the living room (living room - dining room). The design presents a modern, warm, comfortable, aesthetic and functional living room, with a green space to relax. It is separated from the living room by a wooden partition, and contains two poufs made from recycled tires. There is also a large dining room with a solid wood table that can accommodate the whole family. The location of the luminaires is well represented, and the circulation is fluid.
The master bedroom has a modern, warm and soothing design with a bed area, a dressing room, a make-up area and a TV. The chosen furniture gives a luxurious look to the room. The design is aesthetic and functional. The location of the luminaires is well represented, and the circulation is fluid.
This image shows a 12 m2 bedroom that can accommodate two children, with a design suitable for girls and boys. The bedroom contains two beds with integrated storage spaces, a desk for each child and storage spaces. The design is aesthetic and functional, the location of the luminaires is well represented and the circulation is fluid.
In this design, we have a modern linear kitchen with a central island that can accommodate several people. the materials chosen give a luxurious look to the room. The location of the luminaires is well represented, and the circulation is fluid.
Here we observe the functional and aesthetic bathroom, with light colors to visually enlarge the room. It integrates: - Non-slip tiles; - A shower area; - A toilet; - Garbage can; - A sink with storage and mirror; We also observe the location of the lights on the ceiling and above the mirror.
