This renovation has a lot of restrictions and furniture that the client wants to retain. Also, the existing house is cluttered and full of unnecessary stuff that they want to hide, which means it has a lot of built-in storage.

Interior Renderings
The client requires a workstation where they do not feel like they need to be in work mode.
A kids room with play space should not be look like a sleeping room
Provided a daybed instead of the traditional bed since the client's kid still co-sleeps in the master's bedroom.
Built-in Cabinets to hide a lot of the client's kid's toys.
Their typical Toilet and Bath that the plumbing system should be retained as well
