Project Background
Xela Hotels and Resorts, Ile – Ife, is a beacon for making and remembering great memories. The hotel is referenced as a facility that caters to people hoping to relive great moments with friends and family. The hotel reception and exterior really needed a new face and revamp, which we proposed designs currently
Floor Plan
The Reception space in Xela hotels and resorts as commonly known among hotel is quite spacious with a well pronounce lobby, On the left side, is the front desk (hotel registration) and concierge, amongst other things such as waiting area and amenities to attend to visitors and guests
Interior Renderings

3D White Model(Photo)
The Interior remodelling solved the existing probelm of Lighting, ventilation, poorly planned seating in waiting area for visitors and facility users. Additionally, we introduced planters, art and some neutral tones of textured walls to complement the existing floor finish whilst cladding the columns in the spaces, thereby lifting tranquility and experience of the space
