Project Background
Two one-storey house was merged, creating one big space of 8,5x11,5m area. The client requested to have one master room, 3 bedroom, living room, kitchen, and plenty of green areas.
Floor Plan
From the one-storey house, another mezzanine layer was created, to fulfill the requirements of the client.
Interior Renderings
Mezzanine, master bedroom. The scandinavian concept was implemented in the whole villa, mixing cement finishes wall with painted finish.
From the master bedroom, a big folding door was implemented, exposing a balcony facing the garden on the backyard.
Beside the tv console, was two separate room, one room was designated as the bathroom, and another was used as a walk-in wardrobe.
The bathroom was designed with simplicity and light color in mind.
A self-standing bath tub was placed beside a big sliding door, facing the backyard, creating a seamless connection to the outdoor.
Open concept walk-in wardrobe was chosen as the concept for this scandinavian style wardrobe.
First floor, kid's room. A high ceiling room, with bunk bed for children.
Pastel color and light beech wood color was used in this room design.
First floor, guest room, with pre-fabricated wardrobe, and a clean, simple furnishings.
First floor, living room beside a big window, with grey cement-finished two-storey high wall creating contrast on the walls.
First floor. The middle wall separator was removed, creating a big space, which was supported by pillars on certain areas as needed.
First floor, home office. The empty space beside the stair was used as the home office areas. The area below the stairs was used to built shelves and storages.
