Project Background
The project is located in Beijing, China and is a fitness center within a building complex. The facilities include a reception counter, public fitness area, yoga activity room, changing room, shower room, bathroom, and a staff room.
This picture shows the condition before the project renovation. It can be seen that the flooring material is aged and the design style is somewhat outdated.

Interior Renderings
The yoga room. large range of wood veneer material are used. In combination with small green landscape elements and subtle lighting design, a yoga space that blends harmoniously with nature is created.
The fitness area and the reception counter. The overall style is simple, modern, and elegant. Large-scale wood veneer is used throughout, and wear-resistant and easy-to-clean plastic flooring is used for the floor. A stretched-film ceiling is used for the top surface to create a dappled light effect reminiscent of trees. Soft reflective lighting is used to create a comfortable workout environment. The reception desk features frosted sandblasted acrylic as a wall background.
