Project Concept
This extensive renovation encompassed a 60+ year-old 5-story heritage building with 3,000 SQM of landscape and underground parking. The challenge was transforming an aging structure into a state-of-the-art executive space while preserving heritage elements.
Our scope entailed architectural, landscape, and interior design focused on:
-Restoring and enhancing heritage features across over 5 floors and intricate spaces
-Introducing cutting-edge design from exterior facade to interior decor
