The innovation center design, tailored to Nepal's socio-cultural context, prioritizes well-being, creativity, and curiosity. Addressing societal needs and fostering inclusive growth, it responds to youth demand and government innovation initiatives. With biophilic and sustainable design, it promotes work-life balance, reduces burnout, and supports ecological stewardship. The center aims to drive societal progress by empowering innovators and fostering creativity and collaboration.
Project Concept
Project Highlights
Designed to be a sanctuary of inspiration and collaboration, integrating creation, breakout, and collaboration spaces, the center fosters innovation through seamless environments. It empowers users with Self-Determination Theory, enhances performance with Social Facilitation Theory, and boosts cognitive function with natural elements following Attention Restoration Theory. Adapted for hot climates, the design uses natural cooling through water sources, strategic ventilation, and green roofs.
Project Highlights
The innovation center places breakout and collaboration spaces between labs to boost creativity and reduce fatigue. With natural ventilation, forest views, and restorative gardens facing Charkoshe Jhadi, the serene environment supports well-being, morning walks, and fresh ideas, empowering innovators to drive creativity forward.

The experience center fosters innovation with AR/VR zones, open collaboration spaces, and tech displays. Visitors engage with interactive panels, cozy corners, and a vibrant info hub. A rooftop view of prototyping labs sparks curiosity, while the public plaza offers relaxation, games, and dining, all set against lush forest views, seamlessly blending technology and nature.
