Project Background
The Natural & Green Lantaw Apo Mountain Resort Hotel Landscape Design This project originated from a growing need for functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces that cater to modern lifestyles. Located in Magpet, South Cotabato, Philippines, the client approached us with a vision to transform their farm into a Mountain Resort. Our collaboration began with an in-depth consultation to understand the client’s goals, preferences, and budget. From there, we conducted a thorough analysis of the existing layout and identified key areas for improvement.
Floor Plan
The Master Floor Plan 01 The floor plan balances privacy and openness, making the most of each unit’s location and views, ensuring guests can fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
Site Development Plan 02 Amenities and Features: A-frame Cottages: Rustic, eco-friendly design with a focus on maximizing natural light and panoramic views. Mountain View Chalets: Premium units with a private pool spa, tailored for relaxation and privacy. Resort Facilities: Common areas include nature trails, an infinity pool, and a reception area with dining options, blending modern comfort with nature-inspired aesthetics.

The Renderings 01 he skylight design at Lantaw Apo Mountain Resort is a key architectural feature that enhances the natural lighting and overall ambiance of the interior spaces. This innovative element reflects the resort's commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature.
The Renderings 02 The main gate at Lantaw Apo Mountain Resort serves as both a welcoming entrance and a statement piece that reflects the resort’s natural, luxurious ambiance.
The Renderings 03 The parking entrance at Lantaw Apo Mountain Resort is designed to ensure smooth traffic flow, convenience, and a welcoming approach to the resort.
The Renderings 04 Main Features: A-Frame Cottages: These cottages feature large glass frontages to allow natural light and unobstructed views of the mountain. They offer cozy interiors with minimalist furnishings, perfect for a comfortable and tranquil escape. Mountain View Chalets: Designed for luxury and relaxation, these eight units each include a private pool spa, allowing guests to unwind while taking in the surrounding natural beauty.
