The Southdrive Beach Resort Hotel Landscape Design The Project is a Landscape Accessory of the soon-to-rise Southdrive Boutique Hotel owned and managed by Chiquita Cabagay Jano and Alyssa-Jano-Feustel. I'm a resident architect in the resort.
Project Highlights
The main feature of the pool is the sunset in facing the beach. it well compliments the sophisticated luxury ambiance that the owner likes and also having the aesthetic of affordability to middle income guests of the resort. INCLUSIVITY!
Floor Plan
The plan Includes landscape elements (hardscape and Softscape) as per owner's request to achieve harmonious relationship with climate and the built landscape design.

The construction of the pool uses cut and fill technique that saves time, machinery, and money. Combining this with stone retaining walls (riprap) minimizes the difference in elevation of certain area within the resort.
