Project Background
This Apartment Garden is a business launched in 2018 by Goh Engineering, a construction firm founded in 2017. Goh delivered a total unit of 180 2B+G+9 mixed use building to the home buyers.
Floor Plan
This floor plan is a bird's eye view diagram of Goh home apartment. Its purpose is to illustrate the design of the residential home and it therefore includes structural and design details such as walls, windows, doors and stairs as well as fixed kitchen appliances and bathroom fittings.
Project Aerial View
At Goh under construction refer a home with activities from site demolishing, when the foundation of the building is laid down and concrete steps were under completion. This stage does not include the fitting of finishing materials. On this aerial view we can clearly show the property and its surroundings, property's size and boundary.
Renderings (Except Aerial View)
since a property already exists, this rendering view is created from existing floor plans. But, it does not allow for much creativity or customization. Once the source material has been gathered, it is then rendered using computer software. This software can be used to add realistic lighting, textures, and shadows to the image.
