The building is Basement (ARS + Service) + Ground Floor (Office + Flat) + 1st to 2nd Floors (Recreation Area + Project Parking) 3rd to 5th Floors (Visitor Parking +Services) + 6th to 9th Floors (Project + Services) + 10th to 21st Floors (Flats) + Roof (Solar Panel + Battery Room + Services) stories R.C.C structure subjected to gravity and seismic forces. The Gravity and seismic loads have been generated in the ETABS model using ACI and UBC97, Building code of Pakistan.

DESIGN CRITERIA : Codes of Practice The structural design of the building will be documented in accordance with the following codes. i)Building Code of Pakistan (seismic provision 2007) ii)Uniform Building Code (UBC-1997)
Concrete cover and minimum section dimension are chosen to satisfy the fire endurance requirement of at least two hours, Minimum concrete clear covers to main reinforcement as per ACI 7.7.1 shall be as follows: Slabs3/4” Beams1-1/2” Columns1-1/2” Shear Walls 1-1/2”
