Project Background
The client wants a modern style design exterior and his concern was the big windows to have a shield to protect the occupants from the harsh summer. I designed a decorative glass-reinforced gypsum (GRG) panel from the ground to the last floor.

Section @ Elevation 2, in view are the reflected ceilings per floor, slabs and wall partition. Additional are the furniture elevations. Ground floor are basically the reception area and dining. First and second floors are typical, and the third floor is for Spa and Gymnastic. I did the whole house Exterior & Interior renderings, plans and elevations.
