The Modern Mixed Use G+6 Shopping Mall Design The building has 3 oors of o ce space, 4 Stories for retail, restaurants, supermarket and banks. The basement was designed for car parking. The conceptual approach for the form of the building was to create a solid building that has a rectangular form serving as a datum for the building, extruded form wraps the building to create an interaction with the street life and articulate the building.
