Project Background
This project is a special project for an Islamic client. The site is located in a very urban area with many shanties. The client wanted to build a super luxury house for his family. We used the Moroccan architectural style by mixing modern materials and technologies. It has 5 floors including basement car parking with high luxury amenities in each space for his comfort and luxury.
Exterior Renderings
The building facade for the front view has a Moroccan mixed style responding to the tropical climate of the context.
Floor Plan
In this basic layout, we used 3 main courtyards for the residents due to the highly urbanized area.
