Swiss Tower, with a built-up area of 3 lakh sq. ft. is set to be the Mix Used Office Building.Swiss Tower aims to be an exemplar for integrating high- density commercial architecture along with efficient climate- responsive hotel design.This Mix used Office building will be equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities that include safe deposit vaults, hospitals, restaurants and a club &Corporate Hotel too with 18th Storey iconic structure as well as the 1st COMMERCIAL GREEN BUILDING of the CITY
Exterior Renderings
Building facade is inspired by local traditional arts and crafts such as textiles and weaving. and buildings south-west dead wall will be use for branding which gives a massage of "SAVE ENVIRONMENT",as building is going to be in industrial shifting zone.H
The design enhances users spatial and transitional experience across the building without highlighting the expanse of the structure.
The central axis connecting all the offices and hotel Rooms is designed as an interactive hub comprising of break- out spaces, green atrium and a host of visual experiences. These spaces have been designed to foster social cohesion and community engagement.
