The urban integration of our architectural project for ANEP's regional headquarters is based on several fundamental principles designed to harmonize the building with its surroundings, while creating a distinctive and functional landmark.

The urban constraints of the site are a conceptual asset in our proposal. The aim is to meet these requirements in terms of setback and overall gabaris to create a project in harmony with its immediate environment, well integrated into its neighborhood, and above all appropriable by humans (the human scale is taken into consideration).
